I want a Garmin ring as a companion to my Fenix 7 so that I can get sleep stats since I don't like sleeping with my watch.

Picked one of these up. Great addition to when I want to wear a real watch instaded of my Amazfit smart watch. Also allows me to still track when I wear my galaxy watch or one plus watch. I think Amazfit ad better health tracking than the lat 2 mentioned. This is a competitive advantage for them (watch and ring)

If this has better sleep stage tracking than Oura or Whoop then it's a tempting option. Need to wait for more in-depth review.

i m beta tester for UltraHuman ring and RingConn , i drop oura ring 3 becoz of subscription ... Smart ring will be 2024 trend , Samsung ring also coming too., think that pair with samsung watch as Amazfit did ( amazfit watch + Helio) very good review Indeed!!!!

Not sure I'd buy Amazfit ever again. Have the revolutionary Amazfit x smart band I've been wearing daily for years, but no support as it's battery is wearing out. Asked the manufacturer for a new one I'd happily purchase again today, but nothing available. Have the Gen1 Ringconn that's been great and just preordered the Gen2. Thanks for a nice review.

I wear a size 11 Oura Ring. Do you know if a 10 would work on my finger? Meaning, is it a little smaller than Oura?

So maybe I can use this through day and night and wear some standard watch during day. And have my Cheetah Pro only for sports tracking. Interesting. I will think about it.

Thank you for the great review. I don't have a ring and run by HR with a very basic garmin watch and chest strap. If I want a ring to simply tell me how ready I am for the next workout or to rest or have an easy day what would you recommend please?

I am currently looking at the Ringconn Gen 2 which will launch next month. In the video you mention that you own and use an Oura Ring or an Ultrahuman ring as a companion to your Garmin. Whatâs your usage and how you combine your data?

Hope Apple will come out with one so I can get out of Garmin. I still like AWâs smart functionality but itâs a hassle to track my sleep since that means I would need to find time during the day to charge it. If Apple comes out with smart ring I can just throw the AW onto the charger when I go to bed. P.s. I have tried Ouraring but itâs just not a seamless integration with apple health and fitness, not to mention a separate subscription.

Hey, what do you think about sleep score accuracy? You mentioned several times that Amazfit watches tends to score a little bit higher than garmin, is this better with this ring? And what about resting heart rate accuracy?

I am concern of the app. The last time I used the app was amazfit bip era. It was bad. Not sure whether it has improved?

Does it provide a nightly HRV graph or is it like Suunto / Fitbit which only show the avg. numbers?
