Will TIDRadio M11 FRS/PMR Perform Well?

Published 2024-07-07
It's always a good idea to have a way to communicate between vehicles when traveling in a group of 2 or more. This eliminates stopping and getting out to discuss plans, changes, issues etc. Two way radios can also be very helpful when backing an RV. Or even on a hiking trip where some might move a little faster than others. These can be useful in many different ways. They seem to be a nice little two way radio system and should be perfect for our upcoming offroad/overlanding adventures. Other than receiving these radios from TIDradio for a review, we are not affiliated with the company. We do not receive any compensation should you purchase your own. We are not affiliated with Amazon and receive no compensation from them, either. #twowayradio #offroad #overlanding #communication #jeep #hummerh3 #walkietalkie

Having a radio like that is really helpful. I remember I got lost in AZ hike on the Catalina Mountains and couldnt get cell signals. Lost in the area for like 2 hours before we found our way back. LIKE 4. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

These types of radios are a very good idea for people backing RVs into campsites. Lots of times there is no cell signal and these enable people to not have to yell for their communication when giving directions. We have also appreciated these recently when touring a large National Park with friends as it allowed the other car to give us a "driving tour." I really liked how y'all can go off roading with 2 vehicles now, how cool.
  • that looks like some nice Two way radios. Good piece of equipment to have with you!!! Have a wonderful day my friends!!!๐Ÿ˜Š

Cool that you got some two way radios. They are so handy. Plus much better technology than the ones we used to play with as kids. Quite the range and clarity too. I purchased a similar pair for this season. They are perfect for hunting, hiking, vacationing, going to the zoo or other amusement park or even an area that does not have cell reception. Nice review. Have a great day.
  • Awesome review and a perfect thing to have on the road, on trail when one goes on way and the other goes another. Group hunters keeping in touch with others. Like you said, good for so many things. Brings back the days when were kids and having them. Back then they didn't sound clear like these did and did not work to far from each other. Great product๐Ÿ˜Š

Amazing! You need it when there is no cell signal. Radio works all the way!

  • Excellent ๐Ÿ‘Œ review We do make use of radio ๐Ÿ“ป in my home also ๐Ÿ˜Š
  • Great Review of those radios. Camping , hiking and hunting you need to have a good two way radio. Definately going to look at getting these. Great Job

Very cool! I'm getting a HAM radio license soon, so I use a much stronger Wattage radio. This one doesn't require license!๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘
  • This reminded me of in boy scouts hiking the Appalachian Trail in Maine, using the radios to keep in contact with the other end of the line. I still have a pair somewhere that don't work anymore. They look like good radios.
  • I'd say these radios work very well. I especially like the fact that they have the long life Lithium Batteries. Being water proof is a plus too! I see that Amazon is out of stock so these must be selling well!

Pretty nice radios! We use something like them up at the cabin to stay in contact with each other when one of us is away from the cabin.
  • @JonniesJourney
Those are great. They need to send me some ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Nice idea, we have power restrictions on none licensed use over here in that band but would still be useful.
  • This is great that ot doesn't require a license to use. We tested a pair that did and I feel that just adds extra hassle. These did look like a very slim design and they sounded clear.
