It was Rj in the locket. The girl loves Justin but only as a friend. This song is a prequel to Surreal, that is why they were showing excerpts from Surreal. I heard that there will be a third song to end the trilogy. Hoping it is a happy ending for Justin.

You’re right. “Kaibigan” means friend. But note there’s also “ka-ibigan”, which means lover - the prefix “ka” is added to the root word “ibig” (love). So the title might have double meaning.. not uncommon for SB19 as we all know. So the song is about Justin, not just being her friend but also her (secret) lover.
