Things seemed a little fishy with Gary Brevka when I realized he teamed up with Grant Cardone.

“We are using TRT hormone therapy, no big deal there” Proceeds to move on to the next step quickly.

TRT & HGH kinda help a lil.... Just a lil...😂

Everyone wants to claim XYZ diet, workout routine, cold plunge, etc. is the secret and they end up not giving credit to themselves...YOU are the one working out, YOU are the one making the proper food choices and YOU are the one doing it consistently. Not carnivore, keto, cold plunging, red light, etc. It's so annoying seeing people believe these protocols. Props to Layne for calling them out

How does brecka have so many mouth breather fans?

I avoid all this stuff But…..I did cold showers for three months , felt higher energy and less joint pain. Quit the showers for three months , lower energy and more joint pain. Doing cold showers now and feel much better. Might work for you ???

My buddy likes to take me to his boojie gym with a cold plunge. I love it for the challenge, the sharpening of the mind, and the forced present center awareness. It drives me crazy though because he insists on it directly after the lift session. After failing to convince him it's not the panacea he thinks it is I just am sitting in their in the cold water knowing it is blunting my hypertrophic response.

Exactly right, spot on. First time I saw the UFQuack video I was astounded by the ridiculousness. And I’ve watched every UFC ppv for many years.

Got a Vshred ad right before😭😭

It’s so funny how all these health and fitness influencers have beef with each other. Dr Anthony Chafee is who I trust the most honestly.

10,000 calories is 10 double whoppers , i feel that is achievable drinking pool water

The cold plunges and red light therapy are great additions but if people haven't got access to them, just chill out and do the best you can do with what you have.

Here’s the thing: there are doctors/ biologists etc.. who are at the forefront of their field pushing the boundaries of what we know. Sometimes they are proven right sometimes wrong. What I don’t find particularly useful is to bring in doctors to throw shade on what they are doing. The time lapse between discovery and being accepted by the status quo is 17-20 years. What would be useful would be to have them both on the show simultaneously debating.
  • Gary Breacka is off on a lot of things, chris masterjohn did a "debunking" of his mthfr claims but that doesn't mean mthfr doesn't have an important role in a person's health. Red light is important but not as important as some people claim, i still think the microbiome is the king and it's very complicated. Layne norton oversimplifies everything since he is coming from a healthy background, a person who is born rich will never understand how it is to be poor.
  • You have to make false claims and be sensational to get noticed. No one wants to do the slow, boring things to get results.
