Anyone else watch this man play and get inspired to go practice?....no? Just me? Y’all are all amazing? Okay. Well I gotta go practice!
  • I got myself a Yamaha and I don't regret, I love it. But Kronos will always be a dream keyboard. It's truly an amazing machine!

You are Correct the Kronos is dated but, it was 10 yrs ahead of it's Time. Korg has continued to update this Workstation and has done a very Great Job! It is still the best Workstation to this day 2020, (9 Engines). Nothing is even Close!🎯 (Karma Kills,) Yamaha & Roland. Rolands V - Pianos are Formidable just as good. The Montage Sequencers has some deep editing features, the Fantom has 1100 dated sounds, the Montage sounds are very good (Modern) the both Boast only ( 2) Engines. Both cost more than the Kronos. The VST's are Formidable to all these workstations they are getting better, and better. Right now the Modeling, Samples has been the best it has ever been. When you are listen to your favorite what ever who sits around and says that was 24 bit 192k, that's Roland, Korg, Yamaha, Kurzweil. No one.... No one. I have them all because, I gives me options to keep pushing Greater! Yes there are cons and pros, how much better is better, who cares about which is better. (I) will settle for( it's As Good), because it continues to gives me Options. I love having Opitions, Great Music etc... comes from the Artist who are using these tools. The Workstations, VST's do nothing on their own. 💯🎯

This KORG is a real piece of art and the presenter of this vid is, from what I've seen till now, on YT, one of the best...well done.
  • I just got one in July from Sweetwater. It's a very, very sweet machine. Plus it gets me away from the computer which is a huge plus for me. When I sequence, I use my ears more instead of my eyes. I also use external controllers, iOS devices, etc. to add to its capabilities. This board is bangin' - sounds great.

the touch screen is really neat, you can turn this knob leaves massive finger mark across the screen

The video starts with a simple overview, and then becomes better and better and totally awesome as you watch further ! You will see why Sweetwater chose Mr. Jacob Dupre for this presentation. X🤘🏻X

Their Italian is one of my favorites to play. It feels fantastic playing on the Kronos' keybed.
  • I had the first edition kronos 88 key back in 2012. Had to sell because of financial issues. Lord I miss this beast! Again we soon will meet! Love you Korg!
  • Got mine back in April from Sweetwater. Best keyboard Ive ever owned. Definitely a keeper!
  • @johnsrev08
It would be great if you presented a video regarding how the Kronos 2 functions as a master controller in a studio environment with DAW integration.
  • @laronrhodes
I was about to buy the Yamaha Montage 8 until I saw this video. This keyboard is ten times better (sounds, user friendliness, looks, etc.) THANKS DUDE!

Korg: I like the color; now do an 88-key LS model in titanium! Weighted keys are for pianists. 😁
  • @GalantGoStudio
Looks like modern Korg Triton Classic - Studio Great color
  • @fademan
There are many workstations out there but king is only one, Kronos
  • @midijz
Very inspiring walk thru. I learned some new things and can't wait to play tonite! Thanks for the good information!
  • @KevboKev
I fear with all the VSTs out there now and MIDI keyboards, Korg making another flagship keyboard is out the window. As much as I love the Kronos, it's OLD and dated! It's not even 64 bit!!! The innards are parts from 2008, and the OS looks like something from 1982. I really hope one day Korg recognizes there will ALWAYS be a market for people who don't want to always rely on VSTs. Yes, they are great for studio work, but I really don't feel like getting another whole setup for use of VSTs while playing gigs. Besides, I wouldn't trust I wouldn't have latency issues if playing with VSTs live. KORG, PLEASE CREATE A TRUE KRONOS SUCCESSOR!!!!!!
