Between those two specifically I'd have to say Bodom After Midnight, but if you picked "The Killer Riff" from Sons of Winter and Stars or the main riff in Battle Against Time, it would be Wintersun easily. I just don't think Sleeping Stars has the same impact without the synths or the 3/4 feel on the drums but Bodom After Midnight can stand on it's own better.
