I'M STUPID:
Look I know I'm an idiot. It's Heart Thrust. Not Heart Stab. I haven't played this game for fifty-seven million years and I called most things by the wrong names, and even got the Uncommon-tier Glyphs wrong! OHS and HT Glyphs were self-recasting procs. So actually it's better than I remembered; getting HT off five times in a row for 1.4-2.1M damage a pop satisfied my gambling addiction as a critty rogue anyway. So really I undersold how stupid Slayer became once you got those Greenies for it back then. It seems like they're much easier to acquire these days, as in, you automatically get them from leveling? Crazy. And now there's Blue and Orange Glyphs! Yikes.

Also I neglected to mention that TERA is a stolen game! Blue Hole Studios robbed the art asset creators who created the entire world of the game. All the art assets, sound effects, animations, gear models, dungeons, monsters, everything. It was all stolen. This was originally intended to be Lineage 3, but corporate subversion and theft saw TERA as the end result instead. Look it up. It's crazy.
