If money isn't an issue, just buy an actual handheld like Switch or Steam Deck. You shouldn't have to use wifi for a handheld.

I installed PS Remote play on my Steam deck, honestly way better experience. Not only do I have Ps remote play but the entire native library of my steam deck. That's the type of handheld the people wanted and Sony didn't deliver.

It would be cool if this can serve as a controller when you’re playing on your TV… then if you need to walk away, you hit a button and it transfers the content to the Portal’s screen..
