In general the 3rd. SONA of PBBM is positive and pro-active. There are many aspects of the economy to improve and concentrate immediately. 1. Electrical supply is unreliable (NGCP) must be revitalized because they could not guarantee supply. 2. West Phil Sea must be addressed soonest by filling protest and claims to the International Court of Arbitration. Congratulations Mr. PBBM, you passed with flying colors.
