In this video, I team up with ‪@COLE_and_JAY‬ for some monster bluegill fishing. They couldn't believe the size of these giant bluegill. They made the drive from Arkansas to East Texas for some giant coppernose bluegill. They dont have many coppernose bluegill in Arkansas, so I had to get them on some of these Texas size bluegill! We found bluegill beds anywhere from 5'-14' deep, it does seem the bigger bluegill like to spawn in deeper water. These bream have some crazy genetics, and they are a heck of a fight.     They say everything is bigger in Texas, and I reckon Bluegill are no exception. I used to live in NE Texas (Powderly to be exact) when I was younger, used to fish Pat Mayse lake, Red River, and a lot of different ponds when I was there, always a good time. I saw Cole and Jays video of this trip the other day, good to check it again from your perspective.
