I've done yard/garage sales like this at my home. The first day I charge a price that is negotiable and then the last day its $1 per item. I get great results doing this!

Hey, Rabbit. It's the Mantra of Retail: You Hate the People but You Love the Customers.

This will sound corny as hell but seeing this is a massive incentive for me rabbit. Unreal the numbers. Mad props on the hard work all the followers know you put in everyday. Thanks for the upload John.
  • My favorite part for this entire video was the pure relate moment of how many times you went "I hate people". Good job on the hard work mate

"I'm gonna go home and eat." Best words to end on my man. Congrats you deserve it.

Good to see you didn’t use some click-bait title like “Guess How Much I Brought in at My Dollar Sale!” I would have watched it anyways. Lol
  • "When I was 16 I cashed a few of my checks in 1's" Haha I'll take something I've never even thought of doing before for 600 alex! When I was 16 I had the best job I would end up having income wise until my early 20's, working for $15 an hour for a landscaping company. I totally said to myself out loud on your last video that 10 for $1 on those easter buckets was too little and that no one would want 10 lol. 5 is perfect! I've always worked for myself.. When I was younger I did odd jobs, mowed/weeded peoples yards, cut back blackberries and overgrowth, dug ditches through boulder infested fields. Eventually I started painting peoples houses and doing small carpentry jobs.. Hired on with a general contractor as a carpenter and eventually in 2008 when the economy crashed I went back to work for myself again cutting firewood and hauling scrap cars, doing odd maintenance jobs. Went back to school to learn electronics and welding. Turns out I just don't have the eyesight for welding. I cannot see the puddle unless I turn up the shading to the point where I begin seeing spots. I'm legally blind without eyewear, and even with them my eyes deteriorate so fast I need a new prescription every 6 months. Anyway that didn't stop me from making some really cool stuff, I basically turned my pickup into a tractor lol. And then 4 years ago I destroyed my back. I am still seriously limited and in pain 24/7 so I've tried to reinvent myself. From a muscle headed meatsack who worked hard and played hard all his life, to a salesman.. Thank god we have ebay.. There's no way I'd be able to travel door to door. I can sit behind a register for half a day though.. I'd be screwed if I had to stand behind one. But the flea market works, kicked back in a comfy chair that takes the pressure off my back, so long as I have someone there with me to help load and unload, and give me the ability to go to the bathroom haha What I need now is MORE INVENTORY! You sold over 10k items in 4 days and it barely put a dent in your inventory. THAT is what I want to achieve. Right now I'd be happy to make in a month what you just made in 4 days. Soon.. give me another year and I'll get that 100k year.

Great job Rabbit! Ignore these idiots who don't understand sunk cost and positive cash flow! These sales are just liquidating the left over merchandise from purchases you have already made a greater than 50% ROI... but these idiots can not understand that. Keep doing your thing and thanks for reminding me of my childhood home (southern Wisconsin).

You know how many times I see partially empty coffee cups in stores. People can't survive without their coffee I guess but can set it down somewhere and just walkaway. It bothers me most when i see them in grocery stores. It is just disgusting.

And the thought your were MAD, Mad they said !!! Who is laughing now !!! Well done Rabbit !!! Over 10,000 pieces out the door replaced by green paper !
  • AMAZING!!!!! GREAT JOB!!! I am sitting here watching this and so happy for this - and I don't even get any of the money lol. So happy for you - you work so hard for every penny!
  • I usually talk to myself the way rabbit talks to his camera 😂. Love the channel

Glad your sale was so successful. What you do is inspiring. Many would have looked at all that stuff and said "What am I going to do with all this crap?" You say "Let's sell it for a dollar." Granted, you still have a lot of stuff left, but you know what you're going to do with it. In the meantime you got rid of 10k+ pieces of stuff and got to put $ in the bank. Good job!

Just an idea I know you can claim cost of bags. Make advertise state bring your own bag. Or charge a donation free of a quarter a bag, donate to a good charity. Then you could claim the donation on taxes or just find a local charity. Great video keep up the hustle.

Don't hate people, that's how you made your money. Mess is just the nature of yard/ $1.00 sales.
  • @cassandralyne
Be checking dates on quarters! 1982 with D or P are worth 50 cents and the even more scarce 1983 quarters with D or P are worth about $2 currently!
  • The videos showing the aftermath of the sales each day gives me such anxiety 😬😬😬 I just want to go organize it all.
  • @graymatter86
Glad somebody took the tube tv! I kept my eye on it during the time lapse.
