As many of you may or may not know the music in the Haunted Mansion was recorded in reverse. For the Foyer, organist Gaylord Carter actually played the song backwards to achieve the discord that the composer intended. The organ part that can be heard in the song is the recording played backwards, so the melody plays forwards. This is what it actually sounds like.

Note: Backwards noises are the requiem bells that were added later.
