I know that it has been a while since I have given you a vlog and there have been some major changes in my life with a move, health, and with my education. SO here is a live update to thank my 500th subscriber, and to give you a little insight as I continue to move forward and get back into the swing of things and settle down.

Congrats on all the good stuff, Stiolto is helpful but sadly does not help my O2 needs. Sorry for all the bad stuff, You tube did not notify me of this
