Gramercy Place Garage testing.
No main control panel was located. I misspoke, with the sensors not communicating, 100% speed is correct. With no or low carbon monoxide READING the fans should be running continuously at no more than 30% power. Low speed was not observed. Maintenance light was not observed. One fan was not running. Calibration was incorrect.
