Definitely the quickest YouTuber to diagnose what the problem is.

Hi mate, I bought a Ford Custom 9 seat from Copart, and it happened the same way as you. On their site, it was cat N and when I applied for the v5, DVLA said they will not issue a v5 because it's scrapped and advised me to take it to the nearest scrap yard. But, called copart, made a complaint, and two days later, the scrap category was removed, and it was reverted back to cat N. So, make sure you put that complaint it to get it sorted. Keep up the good work! Inspirational πŸ€œπŸ€›

These are the videos I enjoy the most taking us though fault finding a non running car

This is my kind of video. Appreciate the fixes are not all so trouble free but it is nice to catch a successful ending all in one instalment. More of these please. (if possible)
  • @eamonkelly2792
That was one of the fastest rebuilds you have done, it's nice to see one going that easy for a change

Great video, made me smile, had the same spec (- amplified black) for 5 years as daily and loved every bit of it, especially in snow. Did a stage1 remap and it was awesome. Everyone called mine Snowball.☺️ New owner is a lucky fella!

classic auction car..... flooded.. maybe.. non runner..... pull the fuse for the starter.. replacement airbags blown or not...totals the car... fuse out... the clutch and starter are a result of long time no use.. nobody wanted it before that, insurance assessors value on what they see... they dont check fuses...... Dean saved it...... πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ N x .
  • Congrats Dean you did a brilliant job repairing the TT. Hope you can sort the log book and get an MOT glad to hear you did a carvertical check you wouldn't have known about it being scrapped
  • Awesome video Dean. Love when the car issues are resolved in the one video πŸ‘πŸ»

Super fast turn around on this one - really great job. Hope copart/insurance/dvla get the history fixed and you got a nice little raffle prize πŸ‘πŸ»

There is nothing like the feeling when you hear the box 'pop' when it locates and goes back on. πŸ™‚

It amazes me that the majority of car YouTubers plug Car Vertical every other upload and then don't actually bother to use it themselves......

Impressive bud, love how easy you make it look, great knowledge πŸ‘

Excellent video once again. Concentric slave cylinders, what a pain they are, just had one go in a T4.

Great Video and car, the alarm code is common. There is an alarm unit box under the top left inside front osf wheelarch behind the arch cover. There is an access bung on the top of the wing which is visible when the bonnet is open. You can reach in with the correct socket and undo it for removal. Will be crudded up, wd40 first as you already know(no offense). Very simple and cheap to replace, no coding needed. If your using the keyfob, arming and disarming the car and hearing nothing, it will be that.

I'm impressed! It sat for a few years when a skilled person could turn it around in a few hours.
