It really is a night and day improvement just as it sits. It's already a win as it is! One suggestion I could give is that if you're going to keep it without a ceiling, throw rolls of pink stuff insulation up on the underside of the roof before next winter. It will make being in there MUCH more tolerable and make that space heater work much more efficiently. Plus, you have 5-6 months before the nasty winter starts, so you got time :-) . Keep up the great content!

Awesome video Kevin, appreciate the fact that you took this project on to let us normal plugs know it is all do-able. You may want to get a Vvivid detail cart to organize your products. Lastly, the floor looks awesome!
