I thought I do a short video to show you all how I sealed the cabin of my airplane.

    There is (was) this little known sailplane called the Vega which I used to really want (it had a retractable tailwheel, how cool is that?!) Any-hoo, they used a clever sealing system around the canopy consisting of a rubber tube and pressurized air. Just an idea to think about for any future ideas. Most of those sealant gaskets have air channels in them, pressurize them and you might get a truly tight seal.
