Floyd definitely has the healthiest relationship with Branch and the others since we know that Floyd is a nice troll. Poppy and Branch's relationship along with King Gristle and Bridget's relationship is adorable! However Velvet and Veneer have the most toxic relationship with literally everyone.😊😬💘💔

I think that all of all the DreamWorks romances, Poppy, and Branch have the most natural progression. While most DreamWorks couples I've seen do a 180 after a couple of scenes, the former develop their relationship over the course of all three films. In the first film, Branch seems to have a bit of a crush on Poppy but keeps his real feelings hidden due to underlying trauma, plus she seems to already be involved with Creek. She later starts to see him in a different light, but he only just started coming out of his shell, and she probably needs time to get over Creek's betrayal. In the second film, enough time has passed for Branch to finally feel comfortable enough to tell her how he feels and for Poppy to get over Creek, but Poppy's friendly with everyone, so it's hard for him to gauge the strength of their connection. In the third film, they are officially a couple, and while Branch still has some reservations from his underlying trauma and Poppy still acts like she has sugar in her veins, they still offer each other a comforting hand when things don't quite turn out how they planned. Like when Poppy realizes that having a sister did not turn out like she imagined and when Branch realized that the possibility of having his family back was nill. I don't know how intentional this all was, but it's still sweet.

I liked how most of the brothers went straight to branch and ignored John Dory. I don't really blame them since he was straining the harmony of the band and was the first to abandon everyone without hesitation.

I agree that Floyd and Branch have such a sweet brotherly bond! He was the only brother who supported Branch as a baby, said goodbye to him, and recognised him as the man he had become! ☺️❤💙

People give this franchise a lot of grief, but I find the relationships fun and sweet.

Is nobody gonna talk about how Viva and Poppy hit the perfect family harmony on their first try?

the way Bruce Treats Branch at times is pretty toxic and he never actually apologised either which bugs me.

I know Trolls franchise' main market are children(but I have no qualms for anyone of any age watching cartoons, cuz I'm one of them) but while the plot is all over the place, there's so much enjoyable aspects to the franchise, and personally, I'm fully invested in Branch and Poppy's relationship. We don't often get to see slow-burn type of couples in animated movies and it's so refreshing to see Branch and Poppy's friendship blossom from starting as best friends to being an official couple, and they just really complete each other, instead of the usual main character with love interest and pushed to kiss in the middle or at the end of the film. I have no reasons to be this emotionally fixated on this two but I just love how they progressed in three films and can't wait to see how they developed further on.

I’ll fully admit. Poppy and Branch’s relationship has come a long way, since the first two movies where they barely had any chemistry. But I’m glad that in this movie they finally felt like a romantic couple and even kissed in the end! I cheered quietly in the cinema! 😍😍😍😍😍💖💙

Any relationship with poppy can be healthy. She's so sweet. ☺️ And it's that sweetness that made her romantic relationship with branch the strongest. I can't wait to see their relationship continue if they make a trolls 4! And also poppy and viva's relationship! THEY'RE ADORABLE SISTERS!

I honestly think Veneer has a really big chance at redemption idk about Velvet tho but like if the trolls can forgive the bergans who had uhhh eaten many of them in the past I don’t see why they can’t forgive Veneer

I think the velvet and Floyd is the worst even though they didn’t have a relationship floyd kept telling velvet that she was hurting him and velvet didn’t care and it led to floyd almost dying I hope that velvet doesn’t try to kill floyd again
