The average elevation was 10,000ft above sea level with the low of 8,000 and a high of 13,800. That means just riding period, is gonna be tough. Let alone climbing the steep pitches, lose gravel, and technical sections of downhill.
This film, in no way, can convey just how hard this route is. Its STUNNINGLY beautiful but holy smokes its brutal. So much hard work went into this trip, and we hope you enjoy the film. We hope it gets you out on your own impossible route and that you can discover that your limits are far beyond what you ever thought.

That’s a wrap for season 1! This episode I took on a director role and we used a team to edit. To be able to make impossible route go beyond me I need to learn how to make this scalable. If you enjoyed this edit I can’t any credit for it. I appreciate your feedback and your support in this journey. Kudos to you three! You are all truly an inspiration. I started riding late in life after having terminal cancer and given six months to live. MTB has saved my life....not that I have ever done anything like you guys...but like Tyler says, enjoy your ride and do your best...

The thing I love the most about these videos is watching Tyler's open and emotional journey, and how he rationalises it all and drags himself out of the numerous holes he finds himself in. The production on this was amazing and you nailed everything. The only thing missing for me was the teamwork aspect, that special moment where you all come together to overcome hardship. The pushing the one-legged Travis up a mountain so you can all win together moment. It seemed to me, that Ryan wanted to willy wave a little, and JB joined in on the swinging as well, which left it as 3 individual stories instead of The Fellowship of the Chainring.

37:20 is the best camera angle I've ever seen when it comes to trying to capture the steepness of a climb. Great job on the vidya.

I loved it when Jeremiah thought that he was at the top of Engineer's pass, but then he pans the camera around, and the road still is going up. That is the story of every one who is half way up an epic climb.
