Minimalist Spring Capsule Wardrobe | Project 333 | Closet & Dresser Declutter | Second Hand Finds |

Published 2023-03-31
Spring is here and it's time to say goodbye to bulky sweaters ... well most of them.

While we tackle decluttering my closet and dresser, and put things in place for Spring, chat with me about my experience implementing Project 333 By Courtney Carver, and how I've purchased several new to me pieces second hand while spending virtually nothing out of my own
pocket.

I feel in England, U.K….. we get one week each of summer and winter….. the rest of the year is sprautumn 😅😂😊
  • So glad I found ur channel 😂 you’re one liners are the best. “This is what I wear when someone dies and this is what I wear if I get to go to a wedding… so, my formal wear.” 💀🤣

The romper looks so good on you. Putting a pad in one bra cup can even out your chest area. Pregnancy is so hard on the body but you look great. Fitting into the romper after two years would seem like a victory to me! Once you get rid of the two pair of pants in question you will feel so much better. You will not miss them at all.
  • The green linen pants look great. Your capsule is super casual, so maybe those are your “dressy” pants since they aren’t great for running around after babies. The romper looks terrific. If you hadn’t drawn my attention to the “lopsided milk bags,” I would never have noticed. The pattern creates enough visual distraction; I wouldn’t worry about it. I like your style!

Love your videos, but your sense of humor and your style makes me feel like you get me! Please keep doing more videos!!!!

You look great and this capsule is beautiful. For the record, I have no kids, am in my 40s and I’ve decided I don’t like bras anymore either! Also, I too have items of clothes that look ridiculous but I love them. I usually end up getting rid of them or downgrading them to loungewear. I work from home and am very casual so I don’t have need for dressy clothes either. I would count anything you wear regularly as part of the 33, if that’s what you’re wearing. I’d love to see as you go through the season, or at the end, what didn’t work or what you would ditch. Happy Spring!

The capsule itself looks really good and cohesive! I think you look great in the romper. I know you're having body issues and I have every empathy for you there but truly you look gorgeous!
  • You made me snort with the "I dont like bras anymore". I hate bras and hmgave up underwires in my 40s. I recommend evelyn bobbie bras. Comfortable and soft. 😊
  • I say, wear what makes you happy. If you love the romper, wear it. I think it looks great on you - so fun.

I have never had a baby and I'm lopsided. Steal one of the extra bra pads that aren't sown in and add it to the tinier side to get that visual illusion going. I honestly didn't notice anything in the romper. You looked super cute!

Our British weather is awful for seasons! For example, we’re in autumn at the moment and the temperatures will be 21 Celsius at the weekend where I am. That’s warmer than most of our summer temperatures 😮. So I hear you when you say you need 66 items 😅. We’re the same. One day warm the next it’s blowing a gale and raining so you need boots and coats!

You curated a really good wardrobe. It was good to see it laid out on the bed and counted.
  • SO CUTE, and I really hope you keep the joggers and romper. Especially the romper. Yes yes yes I love your art teacher vibe, suuuuper cute. I had no idea 33 was so much! I'm pregnant now, and so I have the opposite problem where I had to pack everything away, and couldn't afford dang near anything at all, so I have like, an "underwear in my house" and 9 piece wardrobe lol 😅 hell, a 33 piece wardrobe sounds like luxury at this point! ❤ Enjoy your three months! Simplifying is de-stress-ifying!

I’m about to visit our daughter in the PNW and trying to put together a cohesive set of clothes for that climate. Somehow this popped into my feed....perfect advice, thank you!
  • Keep the olive green linen joggers. They look chic ❤ Scrap the black and white romper IMHO Not because of boobie imbalance (can’t see a discrepancy) but bc the print is loud

I found your capsule selection really useful for starting my own for the first time. But what got me to subscribe is your spontaneity and hilarious remarks😂 And your baby is so cute and funny too!❤
