Wow your honesty and openness is remarkable, so happy for you that you've found your feet again. I remember in hindsight that I saw your gym photos on instagram during this time ( it was while I was also having difficulties of my own), so it all the more heartwarming to see you well again

Genuinely you are so inspirational, I'm so glad you've found happiness and you're so beautiful bestie!!! I'm sorry you had to go through all of this for so long but I'm so glad that you're so strong and pushed through!! I'm so honoured to call you my best friend! Also loved the editing of the video and the snippets of animation were so cute!!

Very insightful, good to see your still learning and changing, this life thing is never done, it’s gonna be great when you are past this and we get to see you focus on your real passions…

This 👏🏻 thank you. I just ended my own fitness “era” due to it becoming very toxic for me as well.

I think we can all agree, regardless of what you weigh, you're very attractive. I think you have a bright future ahead, if you can develop a healthier relationship with food and exercise. You clearly have the dedication, it just needs to be channeled properly

I really loved this video because you seem really honest and not sugarcoating everything like it happens often in the recovery scene. and I hope you will doing more videos! also about your interest in fantasy and writing your own book! 🩵🫶

We always look back & think what was I thinking ? , that’s ok . I was about 48 kilos or 105 lbs as a teen & because I had hips & some girls were just straight up & down more like a boy so I thought I was fat, totally nuts when I look back at it . Just do the important things like a healthy amount of walking in a safe time & place with a walking buddy so that it’s about the girl talk & the catch up not about the exercise it’s self . My gosh you are so young , I’m pleased you’re so wise about body image , just get on with what makes you happy & most things will fall into place. Not everything , life isn’t perfect , but your healthy attitude will get you through

I love this video, you are so beautiful and intelligent! And the knees! Me too, I hate them still, they don’t match my legs, no matter my weight they are always round and “big” looking x

Wow..... Your story is brining back so many memories for me. I went through all of those emotions you mentioned. I can relate to almost everything you said here. Thank you for posting this. As others have mentioned, you really are inspirational. Gen Z needs more people like you. A true role model, and a fantastic motivational speaker, not a fake person trying to be somebody else or a person trying to conform to what society tells you what you should be. Wooooo! 🎉🐧

As a male with a fitness addiction i find it hard going especially exercise outdoors in bad weather The secret is not to moan and complain about it but to enjoy the exercise ...

You resricted, that's why your relationship with food is horrible
