  • “Order 99 is designed by Sidious, and its sole purpose is to contain or exterminate the Separatist Alliance if anything else failed. Once Order 99 has been commanded to the battle droids, their systems would restart, and then, all battle droids would open fire on any member of the Separatist Alliance” Enjoy the video!

The last B-1 standing: “I knew I was the best! I’m a good soldier, and good soldiers follow orders!” Turns blaster on self.

The idea of Grievous actually saving the Republic and Galaxy is heartwarming. I always felt bad for him.

To say it in the words of Captain Rex: "Order 99 huh? Nice touch."

What if Anakin never liked nor trusted Palpatine? I know that as a kid I would have thought he was a pedophile not a trusted friend.

Grevous: exicute order 99 B1 battle droid: RODGER RODGER 20 mins later Palpatine: WHAT THE HELL

What if an unknown Jedi, perhaps a scholar, akin to the likes of Jocasta Nu, managed to escape from the temple with a handful of younglings during Order 66, then, believing they were the last of the Jedi, the unknown hero then trains the younglings to eventually, as a team, retake the galaxy and restore peace, using their own strengths and abilities, and compensating for each other's weaknesses... Completely unaware (At least at first) of the resistance/rebellion that would spring up in their absence... Lots of room for creativity on this one...

    You could say, they didn't watch those wrist rockets. . . . . . I'm not sorry.

Liked it. What I liked the most was the Grevious face turn (wrestling term: it's when a "bad guy" turns "good"). Instead of the usual snivelling coward that runs from a fight, he shows that he cares about his people.

Unfortunately the Jedi council... If they chose not to mention Grievous being captured to Palpatine... Would still end up with Anakin running to Palps and telling him the council was hiding something important from him....

It's strange yet awesome to see Grievous actually saving the galaxy, willing to end the Clone Wars and turn on the Sith lords as well as, importantly, the Jedi revealing this was all part of the Sith's plot on what they did to him, plus doing this for the sake of his homeworld. A bummer of what happened to Yoda though.

Not the order 99 I expected, that one being from Legends where all the droids disregard orders and programming and gain freedom like that one B1 who joined the Republic, but a great story nonetheless with Grievous saving the republic and galaxy, and the Jedi repaying that with helping his homeworld of Kalee. A really great and enjoyable story.

I initially saw this title, thought it was the Clones executing the Order, and was wondering: Isnt this what the clones were already doing? Seeing the Battle Droids save the galaxy would be pretty heartwarming. Then again, the massacre would also take out a lot of the idealists too, which also takes a piece out of the early rebellion.
  • What if Maul escaped his capture on the Tribunal after feeling Order 66 and tracked Anakin and Obi-Wan to Mustafar? (Three Way Duel?)
  • @DrownedInExile
Redemption of General Grievous, nice. Too bad the battle droid armies couldn't be saved, salvaged, repurposed, etc.
