It's been a long journey.. you have to overcome your demons especially in dark times. You live once don't let it defeat you, deep down you have to make the most of your time. Find people, talk to people get it off your chest it is a starting point. You always feel better in the end it happens to the best of people and that starts with you changing it now. You will have people looking out for you don't feel like your alone. Every story has a ending just make sure it isn't the wrong ending you'd want. Things sometimes don't go your way, pick yourself up, move on.

A message to everyone that needs it, there is more to life then you think it's mental. I always found it hard to keep emotions behind closed doors, it's difficult.. you have to build on being stronger. Learn from what caused you pain and hurt. I'm lucky to have a platform where I can talk to people and I've met some amazing people that motivate me throughout my life. Your mind can do a lot of damage if you don't tell someone about it, don't be afraid of crying it's called being human. Everyone does it and it's normal. But pain isn't permanent... Learn to love close ones and stay loyal to the people who always had your back, Them people are the medicine you need to boost you. Growing as a person takes a lot of time and patient. Doesn't happen overnight. I wish anyone who is suffering or not having the best time right now to get in touch with someone. I learned to appreciate a lot of things and care of others who cared for me. ❤
