When I was a kid, I had a guinea pig that would follow me around. Then I got him a mate. He would follow me and she would follow him. Then they had babies. He would follow me, she would follow him and they would follow her.

My dad passed away last year. His dog, Shadow, also a golden, has now adopted my niece's new kitten. It is adorable. It's in their nature I think.

That gunea pig is unusually smart and social he seems to know when to chill and relax, play, follow, and has full range of the home. This is the best example of a guinea pig dog relationship I've seen yet. I was worried it would leave droppings everywhere but he didn't appear to.

Guinea pigs are super social, he sees Pippin as part of his herd 🥺 this is the sweetest thing ever! And the way Pippin makes him feel safe and Pippin is just so in love back with him- ugh love these two critters already!! ❤️

In Sweden this year 2019, they made it illegal to have only one guinea pig. They have to at least have one partner. Guinea pigs need animal companionship! Love this video! Glad this guinea pig has a fabulous life

The video of him yawning while laying on Pippin’s leg makes me so happy, that shows he’s genuinely happy and comfortable with her. So cute!
