I am a dentist. This guy makes a lot of sense . Thank you . In the future I hope minds will be more open for thinking outside the box. I bet he has met a lot of resistance in his time from the establishment rather than looking into his claims scientifically.
  • Already loving the breathing pattern. I’ve been doing it for about two hours. I noticed it’s quite self-reinforcing. I’m enjoying it so much and feeling wonderful.

I have been so frustrated in all these myriad breathing methods excluding this factor entirely presented here. I came from allergies, congested nasal pathways and exercise induced asthma and achieving classical singing technique into my life. Also humming came from this train of thought. Then biohacking came along as well. Finaly something that confirms my own findings. Nice to know what to call this phenomenon. Thank You for bringing Ted in to the limelight. I just wanted to add this important factor. USE NO PILLOWS plus use a HARD MATTRESS even for the curvy on their side sleeping people ;)

I'm just getting into healing deep trauma and this video has helped to pull kundalini yoga breathing techniques and trauma neuroscience together for me just with the few simple practices mentioned here! Pure gold! Thank you for this.

So informative. Thank you so much. I’ve been using the breathing technique suggested for a few months when I first listened to this! Came back and listened again. It’s making a big difference. I’ve been doing yoga since I was 15 and now am 65. Never too late to keep on learning new things. Thanks.
  • Fascinating interview; wonderful information. Thank you very much.

The nugget about forced breath out of the mouth to maintain the nitric oxide in the nose. So simple but blew my mind. The whole thing was a WOW. Thanks so much for this.

  • This Dr is right! My acupuncturist told me to do the same thing to calm and slow down my overactive nervous system that's cause me chronic migraines for 25 yrs. I do this breathing for 10 mins for 5 times a day. It really helps!
