Shortly after a jury was selected in Young Thug’s RICO trial, one of his co-defendants threw in the towel and pleaded guilty weeks before the trial was set to start. Derontae Bebee, aka “Bee,” pleaded guilty to the RICO charge against him, along with participation in criminal street gang activity, theft by receiving stolen property, violation of Georgia's controlled substances act, armed robbery, hijacking of a motor vehicle, and gun charges. Bebee was sentenced to five years in prison with 10 years of probation following his release. “Bee” is the ninth co-defendant to strike a plea deal to avoid trial. The rapper’s trial is set to begin on November 27 with opening statements, where he will be tried alongside five other co-defendants. The cases of twelve other co-defendants were severed from this trial and one defendant is still on the run.

Weve all fallen short, we make mistakes we learn and grow. I pray that he removes himself from certain environments. My grandmother told me not to judge and laugh at others while they are down because you never know what you or your family will face in life. ❤

"How far did you go in school?" "I went far... like the 12th" I am EMBARRASSED for him.🤦🏾‍♀️

I rather be rich with life, rather than having another man decide my fate.

Kids listen to your parents and stay in school. Prayers to the victims 🙏🏼
  • @ZaySmokes
This is exactly what they wanted. They wanted to drag this out sooooo long that people get tired of being in jail and just accept anything. What happened to the right to a speedy trail

“How far did you go in high school?” Me: “The 3rd floor” 😂😂😂

I shouldn't laugh but when she asked how far he went in school (and then he said far) and then she asked up until which grade and he seemed to take 15mins to answer that question, I did giggle to myself😅

Even though the time doesnt seem long to most, Being locked up with 5 years at 23 is crucial 😢

Please kids no matter how hard your life is, just leave the drugs and gang banging alone.... Easier said than done when all you hear and see is violence and poverty being promoted through the RADIO STATION's, TV SHOWS and SOCIAL MEDIA....

He don’t know what he’s admitting to he don’t even understand what’s going on just being pressured
  • @illanoiz1
He was blessed for the sentence he received so I pray he learns from this and move forward.

Everything is fun and games, until you hear the sound of the jail cell door close behind you.

Derontae Bebee probably doesn't even realize how this will affect him in the long run. His criminal record will haunt him for the rest of his life. Very sad situation.

Well, this is what happens with any organization involved in criminal activities. They snatch up the whole crew, indict everyone and wait for people to start taking guilty pleas because everyone's hard until they start looking at 30 - 50 years behind bars. Live righteously, and you won't ever have to go through this.

I admire how the judge was fair and precise with this kid. He could have given him a harsh sentence but instead gave him a 2nd chance to get his life together. Only question is wether he will choose to take it or let it all go to waste 🤔☺
