Always tighten castle nut to 50lbs to fully seat the bearings. Then back them off

What a great idea that magnetic strip is and great job at replacing the bearings .
  • Always spin the tire while shooting grease in the Easy Lube grease fitting.

Great video. One thing i might add. Buy a bearing packer from hobofreight. Its impossible to hand pack a bearing. Nice video. Thanks for sharing

I’d say for the owner needs to check their brake pads and magnet. Clean it all, remove all brake dust and scuff the brake pads with a wire brush a little

what's the name of that bearing remover you used to pull the bearing out ??

We lost a bearing with only 5k miles left us stranded in Nashville they made an axle overnight for us. The F-en outside bearing is to small and they revised the hub on the 6000-7000 lb axle to have a larger bearing due to this issue. Lippert should have replace these on this set of axles. Fuck Forest River and Lippert they knew this was an issue for how many years; 5 plus !!!!

Did it perfect until the very end. Improper use of the Lazy Lube system destroyed your brake shoes. 😢
