So underrated. One of the greatest songwriters of our generation

I love his face at around 14 seconds when the crowd start joining in with him, looks like sheer happiness.

I know it's three years old at this point. But this song, this performance...it is still absolute perfection. I listen to this daily still, never gets old.

"I age by years at the mention of your name" Wow, that is pure poetry!

This recording is just utterly wonderful: the music, the camerawork, Brian, the crowd, the venue. Basically all of it! 

In the name of all that is holy, why is this entire show not available on here?????? This is the one of the best live versions of Behold the Hurricane and espec. the Blues Mary I have ever heard. PLEASE, PLEASE make this entire show available!!!!!

Brian Fallon's voice sounds like a brilliant combination of Springsteen and Waits. There is a deep Jersey influence and it translates beautifully. He is far too underated, it's only recently I stumbled across his music and now can't imagine my life without it.

Greatest songwriter ever.

This is probably one of the greatest songs about hurting inside ever written, this and Band of Horses “Laredo” both take you through the whole stages of pain & despair.

Think I found my new favourite song, but just barely. So hauntingly beautiful. At least I'll have two favourites on both side of the spectrum: Smoke and Behold The Hurricane. Thank you for making this available to us to cherish.

Someone could hire Brian Fallon to sing Amazing Grace at a funeral and he'd sing the whole thing with giant a smile on his face.

The joy in Brian's face when the crowd does the accompanying melody says it all. As every other comment has said he is one of if not the best songwriter of our generation. No other artist/group has ever captured my heart like The Gaslight Anthem/Brian Fallon and I hope that the hiatus ends sooner rather than later.
