In this video I'm taking you along on a week of our kosher dinners for the week. What we eat in a week may vary from week to week, but this video showcases some of our typical meals for the week.


Recipes:
Crockpot Chicken:
Chicken thighs
4-5 Idaho potatoes
S/P
1/4 soy sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
garlic powder
whole oregano sesame seeds
onion powder
Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours.
Place into broiler for 5 minutes before serving.

Beyond Sausage with mixed veggies:
In a baking tray add any desired vegetables.
Seperately brown sausages, then add to baking tray.
Season with S/P, garlic powder, cilantro and oil. bake @400F umtil crispy.
Top with feta.

Fish marianade:
1 lemon squeezed.
chopped dill
4 garlic cloves
S/P
oil

Basmati Rice:
2 cups rice
2.5 cups water
1 tbsp oil
salt
bake at 400F for 35-40 minutes

Meatballs:
1-2lbs of ground meat
1/2 cup of water
Salt
onion soup mix
Pepper
Garlic powder
Coriander
Cumin
Cinnamon

    a good erev Shabbos Sonya..I'm a 68 yr old woman who is doing tschuvah, returning to kashrus and made your challah recipe. I've made challah over the years, always too cake-y, and always 3 strand braid. I used your challah recipe and used bread flour and did a 6 strand under/over and am the owner of a 7" high loaf...just hope it tastes as good as it looks;-) May Hashem keep you and all of your family healthy, in gashmiess and ruchniess.

    Oh my, using frozen cauliflower florets is a game changer for me. I crave them battered & over baked but it can be a hassle to deal with a whole head of cauliflower. So much seems to go to waste. Love it, thanks.
