Something you might not know about it me is I actually have had handwritten journals for years and years and years, I wrote them as a kid and enjoyed the feeling of having a good memory.

In recent time I've been trying to improve my language ability, so here's another journal. I really like the simple format, it makes it easy to read. I actually write the information in word or google docs, then transfer it here.

When I was younger, I was more of a math kid but over the years my life has really taken a turn. But who knows, because I always was interested in language, which you can see now as I learn German and Swedish and need language ability there too.

I wrote this journal to try to handle my feelings, but I think it's just ok. It might be fun to read.

In other news, I've realized that in order to improve your writing you need to read more, to develop your vocabulary and phrasing. I've been learning what works for me and what doesn't, especially what setting I need for reading.

And I'd say it's been working. I have had wonderful teachers in the past and some of my friends are English kids... to me though, it is sort of crazy I've gone through this transition, and anyway it's not like I really enjoy reading classics or anything, I am simply a language and emotion person.
