Hi, my name is Jessica Williams, it's my pleasure to meet you. Let me introduce myself to the world via YouTube.
I am a complex young women who has been through a lot in her life so far, I'm 36 when I am starting this channel.
I am hoping to use this channel to share my journey with MS. I have also experienced various trauma in my life, PTSD & anxiety, which may come into some of my recordings in the hopes my experiences will help others.
Having grown up with a disabled mother, & now having my own health issues, having gone through all the things I have in my life, I feel I have an in depth & unique insight into myself & life that I hope to use in order to help others.
Let me be clear, whether it's the MS, PTSD, anxiety or trauma, none of these define who I am as a person. This is simply my journey & I hope that it can impact others in a positive way, whilst also healing myself.
