@cleanoutthefridge is a variety channel where I explore ways to stretch my food budget by using up what's left in the fridge and regrowing food indoors. Getting the most out of life is important. And this also applies to my food budget. Especially these days when I've seen butter as high as $8.00 a pound. I've had some successes and failures. But learning to grow food to supplement my diet is important, saves $, and does not require a lot of land. Learning to cook and grow food even on small, small scale in a house or in an apartment has been such a rewarding learning experience.
