An old bloke spending time in the woods, our beautiful countryside, and the coast with the odd little adventure. I'm 63 years old and I have a defibrilator fitted after having a heart attack in 2020, it does limit me but I try and get out as much as possible, it does make you think about the time you have left and try to enjoy it.
