I am an adventurer who left Vancouver to find a more sustainable and peaceful way of living. My dream is to one day build my own little tiny off-grid homestead on the ocean - the best of both worlds!

For a decade, Buttercup, my faithful Newfoundland Labrador companion, and I traveled resided full-time aboard our sailboat – a Catalina 28 Mk II. In October 2021, I assumed a caretaker role on a secluded island in the Broughton Archipelago. Sadly, Buttercup passed away at the age of 13 during the summer of 2023. Approximately four months later, I welcomed Peach into my life. At three years old, Peach has embraced the off-grid lifestyle with enthusiasm. We are excited to share our off-grid adventures with you, whether on land or at sea!
