Art is an intuitive and therapeutic practice for me, like a form of practical magic & medicine that I engage in, to stay balanced & grounded.

Practicing various forms of creativity brings me mindfulness & helps me find the flow state. Art relaxes me, inspires me & brings me to a place of feeling more joyful.
