Some months after I decided to take a photo a day and hike at least fifty miles a month I found myself wet and slightly hypothermic at Rocky Mountain National Park. As I trudged through the snow life flashed inside the consciousness. Hundreds of faces and a broad range of emotion entered as I realized every idea and person I cared about would be present whether I was sitting still or traveling. Thus the journey expanded into one that would last at least a lifetime.
