Welcome to the channel my name is Jeff Rumas. I have been investing in real estate since 2006. I started out buying cheap houses that needed little work to turn into rental properties. At the time I didn’t know how to do much more then paint and steam clean carpets lol. After a few years of adding properties to my rental portfolio I had learned enough to flip my first house. Since then I have flipped several homes and even built a high end spec house. I hope you will enjoy watching me as I continue to flip homes and take part in other real estate projects only now in front of a video camera. 😂
