I’m in school learning to be an auto technician after 2 decades of working behind a desk in Administration and Human Resources
I’ve recruited for CDL drivers, mechanics and other positions but I’ve come to realize something.
THESE PEOPLE WORK HARD!!!
Working behind a desk is mentally taxing, but nothing compares to the folks who fix and operate our cities; the ones who make sure the things work right! I’m talking about the good ole the blue collar workers.
I decided to completely change my career path so I can empathize with both sides of the spectrum and perhaps be that bridge between the two.
