This channel deals with my new passion: Cooking.
A word about myself: I'm the son of a terrific cook who discovered somewhat later in life that he isn't a bad cook at all. After perfecting the wonderful Italian dish Spaghetti Bolognese, I realized I could try out new things and haven't looked back since. I now have a real passion for the activity. I have my father to thank above all as well as pros like Jacques Pépin, Thomas Dippel and Carl-Michael Hofmann.
