Nearing retirement, we purchased 12.8 acres of mostly woods, in the middle of nowhere! North West Pennsylvania, ten mile from Lake Erie Shore. Electric, well and septic already in place, it simply needs a decision on an enclosed space, preferably for living. Post retire, we will spend the worst of the winter away. Health permitting.
I plan on posting videos along the way, demonstrating the transformation of this property, and the construction upon it. Then life on it with gardens, critters, and an occasional flood, as we are within a flood zone for a local creek. Life is nothing if not an adventure. Tally Ho!
