Vega relocated to Atlanta, GA, in 2008 immersing Daij in a burgeoning music scene with influences like Jeezy, T.I., and Ciara. This period expanded her musical horizons. In 2018, Daija penned her first official rap during a routine flight, marking her entry into the music world. Her debut track on SoundCloud set her on a journey of self-discovery and musical evolution.
Daij Vega has since honed her craft, transitioning from "girly trap" to a melodic, bar-driven style, marked by her raw and authentic persona.
